COST SAVINGS! Garden Power Corporation is able to reduce the price to our customers by eliminating the inventory, storage, and manufacturing costs by manufacturing each product twice a year. Garden tools are produced based on anticipated customer demand in the late fall and early Spring each year. You are ensured of better quality at lower prices. How can I send tools as a gift to a gardener?

What is the best drill to use?

Most household drills will work with Garden Power Corporation garden tools while a cordless drill is more convenient to use. Consideration should be given to how large is your garden or yard, the soil type and how compact is the soil. The best drills are 18 volt to 24 volt cordless with two speeds and reverse drive. A cordless drill does not have an electrical cord to carry around and with two speeds you can adjust for the most difficult soil conditions. Most cordless drills come with two batteries to complete hours of weeding, feeding, and seeding your garden.

When will the garden tools be delivered?

Delivery is within 3-4 weeks upon receipt of order. To check the status of your order, complete ordering information and email customerservice@garden-power.com.

What is covered by the warranty?

Garden Power Corporation warrants the original purchaser only of the accompanying product that such product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. In the event of any such defect in material or workmanship, Garden Power Corporation will provide a replacement at no charge when the product is returned to Garden Power Corporation at 300, 400 – 5th Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta, Canada T2P 0L6.

Damage to the product caused by accident, misuse, abuse, unauthorized repair, or use other that normal home garden or personal use or private non-commercial use is not covered by this limited warranty. Garden Power Corporation shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, for breach of any express or implied warranty, but some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so to the extent that they do not, the above limitation does not apply. This warranty gives specific legal rights and may have other specific legal rights that vary from state to state or province to province.
