Shipping Times
If you have selected an item that is inventory, normal shipping is within 3 business days. If you have selected custom garden décor item, our promise is to ship within 3 to 4 weeks. If you have selected a garden tool that is in high demand and out of stock, we manufacture each garden tool every two months. If you require your order for immediate gardening needs, please email or call for a delivery quote. We thank you for your patience since our quality garden tools are in great demand.
You should receive an e-mail confirmation of your order within 24 hours. If you do NOT receive this confirmation within 24 hours, please email support@garden-power.com so that we may assist you with your order.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are paid by the buyer and are non-refundable. Damage claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please keep your boxes in good shape with as little marking as possible. Some items may require a restocking fee.
Shipping charges listed on your invoice only apply to shipments made to the 48 States in the United States. For information concerning shipment outside the 48 States in the United States and rush orders, please email sales@garden-power.com

Online credit card orders will be processed at the time the order is placed. If an item is not in stock, that item will be placed on back-order and shipped as soon as the item becomes available.
All custom order items require payment at the time the order is placed.
